Local Shipping – Coffee Delivery
For orders within major cities in South Africa, we use a courier service. Please allow two-five working days from receipt of payment to receive your order. Please make sure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as ownership and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
- Free shipping on all orders over R285 anywhere in South Africa
- Flat Rate below R285(main cities in South Africa) – R60
- For areas not serviced by our courier company, The Provider will deliver via SAPO services.
In the case of a package not finding its way to you and being returned to us, we will make every attempt to contact you to arrange for reshipment. You will be notified when this occurs. Should the package remain undelivered or uncollected for a period of 21 days, your package will be sold to defray expenses and your payment forfeited and it will be assumed that you have abandoned your goods.
We love for our coffee to travel as far as possible, and are happy to do everything in our power to accommodate International orders. However, transport costs are costly so please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss the best way to get your order to you.
For all returns please read the Return Policy for further details. All of this will be subject to us actually receiving the goods (unopened, not damaged and in good order) within the allotted time frame.
Returns / Refund Policy
Unfortunately as coffee is a perishable product we don’t accept returns unless unless there is an issue with the quality of the product. As coffee preference is personal we can’t guarantee that each person will enjoy their choice as people have their own personal tastes. We suggest using your beans while fresh, to guarantee the best taste. (Up to 6 months from roast date on ground and up to 12 months on beans)
We roast our coffee using only high-quality beans and roasting methods, so there should be no issues with the quality of our coffee. If however, you believe there is a serious issue with the quality of the coffee that you have received from us please contact us via [email protected] and we will organize a replacement.
