You may return most machines in their new, unopened items packaging, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. (excluding all delivery costing obviously)

  1. The product being returned must be packed, in it’s original packaging, in another box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible so that it can travel safely back to us. Returns that are sent back otherwise will have a 15% repackaging fee levied against them.
  2. If a new machine is defective in any way this must be reported to us within 72 hours after delivery. We highly recommend testing out your all purchases as soon as you receive them to make sure that everything is in full working order.
  3. If you return an item outside of our specified time limits you will be credited with a Coffee Kingdom voucher. If you specifically require another form of refund (i.e. credit card or EFT), a 7% fee of the refund amount will be charged as well as the delivery charges.
  4. Unwanted,unused machine/s returned after 3 months of purchase can not be refunded due to the warranty issues.
  5. We are unable to accept any returns via the post office, but will arrange for our courier to collect these from you.
